I enquired online about upgrading to superfast broadband and quickly received a very helpful reply.
I had some concerns about the contract and services offered but changes and additions were easily negotiated.
The engineer arrived to install the equipment promptly and although I subsequently needed to contact the XLN Helpline the operator obviously knew what he was talking about and I was very quickly online with a broadband speed greater than promised.
All in all I am delighted.
