you want to issue them a free creditline, and loose your money!
I ordered in January 2012 an item at Infurn valued at around £ 350. The item was shown to be in stock and I received confirmation of the purchase a few days later.
When the purchase didn't arrive in a fourthnights time, I checked the tracking which showed a nearly 3 months delay in delivery, probably needless to say - the amount was withdrawn from my MasterCard allready on the day of the order. The delivery time has been pushed forward and forward with all kinds of explanations and excusions - creative people. When I finally lost patience and asked to get my money back, they found it very difficult to understand and repeated asking if I was sure. Now they are claming that they are not allowed by law to pay back the money before 30 days after being notified. This is a pure misinterpretation of the EU consumer laws - which stated that a supplier have a maximum of 30 days to refund if a purchase is being returned!
I have asked my bank fraud department to solve getting back my money , I have no confidence in Infurn doing same (fortunate enough I paid with a creditcard).
Infurn have hit press in Denmark, even the consumer programme on the national TV where the major consumer programme has together with other medias warned about the company.
