I had a slight problem with the item's packaging being damaged in transit (not their fault, it was the courier). When I logged this, even though it was a minor matter (it was the box, not the keyboard itself that was damaged) their Director of Sales & Operations contacted me within an hour, despite it being out of office hours. His communication was excellent and I really came away genuinely feeling that they valued customer feedback and wanted to be the best. I was very happy with the item itself and the price was good. Will definitely use them again in future!
