Quality goods at great prices but making contact is not good. The contacting process needs review it needs to be quicker and more to the point. Right now several email contacts go back and forward which is so irritating that I am not sure that I will use Achica so much in future.
The emails notifying about deliveries arrive in in-box mid morning on the day of delivery!! I am already out!! What are we supposed to do; this is ridiculous.
Chasing goods that have not arrived by suggested delivery date is a chore. (See email contact above).
Heavy goods are delivered into hallway - delivery men are "not allowed" to put goods into another room. Health and Safety, bad backs and no tipping allowed...........
Goods are cheaper and there are some lovely things I haven't seen in stores, but you pay for this price in inconveniences ..........
