I purchased a double sided cd 6 months ago that seemed to deteriorate over time. At first, both disks skipped in a portable cd player, and then a week ago, they started skipping in the Onkyo player. I emailed cdbaby and they responded right away with an offer to credit my account so I could download the MP3 version (the cd is currently OOS). When I said I would prefer the cd version, cdbaby credited my account and wished me luck finding it. Kudos to cdbaby for hiring someone like Krysta, and kudos to Krysta herself for extraordinary customer service.
