The "subject" of the email telling me the order had been dispatched was "Order Dispatched with Trustpilot #99999 (WEB99999)" where 99999 is the Feedem order number. As far as I am aware Trustpilot are not a parcel delivery service, so, I am confused.
The parcel was delivered by FedEx, very promptly. FedEx have an online tracking facility and using the tracking number from the packaging I found my delivery. It would be helpful if the dispatch email from Feedem had a subject "Order Dispatched with FedEx #99999999999", maybe with a link in the body of the email to the FedEx domestic parcel tracking web page.
I chose Atlantic Signs because I know the slate from the Delabole quarry is a good strong colour, a deep charcoal black which would contrast nicely against the sandstone of my cottage. The design and order process was straightforward. Delivery received on the day promised with the sign well packaged.
