Same as all the other complaints, I sent off my phone, they came back with the usual 'significant wear and tear' and halved the offer. I told them it was all just a scam and wanted my phone returned to me and was not prepared to pay for the postage. They replied and said after taking a second look, they can offer me almost the original offer - which I was happy with. A few days later I received the email saying the payment had been transferred into my account. Weeks have passed and still nothing. I have emailed them several times, and suddenly no replies. I will be phoning trading standards tomorrow morning but am still quite cross about being out of pocket.
