I have been using this service for a good few years now. For a lot of items the cost is less than all the fuss of going down to the Post Office.
I usually use the InterParcel Economy option, after which a well known premium courier company arrives. The current record from last mouse click to the door bell ringing is 15 minutes! I hadn't even had time to print out the packaging slip.
On one occasion, to save money, I used the HDNL option, this turned out to be a dissaster. I took three attempts to get the parcel collected and so long to reach the customer that they were able to get the item refunded by PayPal. So I lost the item, the payment, and got charged for delivery and PayPal fees. InterParcel were friendly, but unable to help and I am still smarting from the experience.
In conclusion, I am 100% happy with the InterParcel Economy Service and would never use HDNL (now Yodel) Service again.
