Till now I had a good experience from DX. But last time i ordered a blutooth transmitter, it took them 6 week to ship as it was out of stock, and then 3 more week for transit and when I received the item it was DOA. BUT unlike other client experience I found a very prompt response from the CC service. They were quick to respond. Since the shipping back cost was more than the actual item price, we settled for a compensation. Though I lost some money, but I still appreciate their promptness and willingness to help.
Just one advice - check the item once before sending
