VIP-udalg uden styr på lager. Bestilte varer ikke på lager alligevel.
Blev inviteret til VIP-udsalg med 40% rabat. Men blev efter 2 dage informeret om, at ingen af de købte varer alligevel var på lager eller kunne skaffes.
Fik mail om at jakken ikke var på lager eller kunne skaffes, nu var sagen så bare at jeg ikke havde købt nogen jakke, men sportsundertøj til skiferie!

Great price and quick mail responce
Got the product at the best online price and Martin responded very quickly to mail with question.
Will certainly look there next time I shop for a tri-wetsuit.

Good price, but bad warranty service
They had the product at the absolut best price in the market (sale). From ordering to delivery i took one week (UK to DK).
Only issue was that from the charge of the order amount on my creditcard until I received the dispatch information, it took 2 days....and I therefire wondered if they only charged my account and never would send the product.
One year later I had a warranty case. Instead of sending me a replacement (they didn't have the 2011 model in stock, but could have returned a 2012 model) the returned they amount paid initially. So if you make a good deal on sale at them, you can't be sure to get a replacement if it's cheaper for them to make a refund in a warrenty case and your are then forced to buy the product again at a higher price (at their site if you dare).

Made a very good deal at this site, absolute best price and the product was delivered by regular mail free of charge within a week from Bulgaria.
Would shop there again.

The best price and quick dispatch/delivery
Easy ordering, my order was dispatched within 4 hours and delivered after 3 days from UK to DK. All in all a very good experience.
Only thing, I couldn't track my order from to dispatch to delivery.

Think twice before you shop here
I have shopped at scubastore several times, due to they have many products. But be aware of the following.
- products are not always on stock eventhough it says so and expexted date can't be trusted.
- they don't ship items on stock when you order and the rest not on stock when they are received (as writen in their terms), they await that all items are on stock.
- when you return items for a full refund or exchange, they pay all expenses - but not by given you a refund in cash, you get a Giftcard for scubastore.com.
- if you wish to return items for exchange, it takes almost 3 weeks before you have the right item.
- contact to scubastore via phone is impossible (I didn't get through) and by mail, their response time is in average 24 hours.
Good things to say,
- when items are on stock they are delivered fast
- express delivery is fast (24-48 hours)
- not always lowest price, but in average

Bedste fundet pris og hurtig levering
Jeg bestilte 2 ScubaPro flasker, de havde umiddelbart kun en på lager og kom derfor med et alternativt tilbud, men det lykkedes dem alligevel indenfor et par dage at skaffe 2 og levere dem.
