I am furious with this company! My delivery day was yesterday in between 13.32 and 14.32, no attempt was made to deliver the parcel to my house, as there was someone there all day. No card was left either. So, i decided to check the tracking and guess what, according to that, my parcel had been delivered! Then i contacted the seller, Amazon, about this, they contacted DPD who said they had delivered the item "in the corner by No 9". Bearing in mind i live at No 2, this makes no sense at all! Also No 9 is approx 1 mile away from me & it wasn't there anyway! Still no sign of my parcel today which is a time sensitive item, very disappointed in this service. Have to wait for an investigation to start now.Companys must stop using this courier or they will lose customers!
