Urgently required goods ordered, but damaged goods arrived. Call made to Rajapack, who requested a description of damage and photos showing damage, and told replacements would be sent next day. email sent immediately, as requested - 3 weeks later, still no replacements!! Had to go to another supplier to get more goods due to urgent nature of requirement
