Still waiting to hear back regarding my purchase which arrived damaged!

I bought a hedge cutter a few days ago and it arrived but with a broken handle. I emailed the customer service with a photo of the broken handle and have STILL not heard anything. Its been 3days. For a company so quick to take my money and send me the product, I am so far NOT impressed with the service Keen Gardener is offering me!!!

Hi Paul

We have checked our systems and it appears we have not recieved the email you sent 3 days ago. We have only recieved an email from you this morning regarding the broken hedgecutter and for some reason there is no photo attached. We have replied asking you to resend the email with photo to a different email address. We will arrange to collect and replace the broken item straight away and will be in touch shortly.
