Joke of a company

After taking time off work (unpaid) to wait for my delivery. Quoted as between 15:55 and 16:55, I was still waiting at six o'clock. After finally getting through to a human being to talk to. I was told my parcel was returned to the depot as the driver had exceed his hours. However I wasn't contacted and informed of this, so if I hadn't checked I'd still be waiting. I was told it would be delivered today, but it's still at the depot. I need this parcel urgently, my company usually uses dpd, but I will be urging them to reconsider, after the very poor standard of service I have witnessed. Before Richard or whoever from dpd pops up with his token response. Re emailing social media, I've already done this and had no reply. Total abomination of a company.

I'm sorry that your email to socialmedia went unanswered, hopefully someone has gotten to it by now? If not just let me know and I'll make sure you get the call to sort everything out from customer services personally.
