After taking time off work (unpaid) to wait for my delivery. Quoted as between 15:55 and 16:55, I was still waiting at six o'clock. After finally getting through to a human being to talk to. I was told my parcel was returned to the depot as the driver had exceed his hours. However I wasn't contacted and informed of this, so if I hadn't checked I'd still be waiting. I was told it would be delivered today, but it's still at the depot. I need this parcel urgently, my company usually uses dpd, but I will be urging them to reconsider, after the very poor standard of service I have witnessed. Before Richard or whoever from dpd pops up with his token response. Re emailing social media, I've already done this and had no reply. Total abomination of a company.
