The poor reputation of Ryanair is due to their cattle management, sorry, paying customer management.
Forget about them if you have kids : you'll be the last one on the plane, you will not find a seat close to yours for your 3 year old boy and you'll have to carry a lot of stoff by yourself. And if you have forgotten to check in online, you;ll have to fork out 60 euro for the pleasure to do that at the gate.
I have been running a business with Paypal as the main payment hub.
After 6 months of activity and about 150 clients served, Paypal decided that my business is "too dangerous for them" because of the high number of complains (in 1 case out of 3, the client was not refunded since I was right) and decided to shut down my account.
No decent answer from them, just "go away".
They are bully, unreliable and poorly mannered.
