Its almost like it was rehearsed. I didn't think that customer service could get any worse in this country but it looks like its hit a new low. PC World/Currys - Corstorphine....terrible!! Information regarding delivery and installation charge omitted from point of sale. Probably one of the rudest delivery teams Ive ever had to deal with. The only thing that Ill say that is good about them is the fact that the store manager did feign some interest in helping me so I will see how it pans out but I'm not holding my breath. I think its time PC world executives started to look at the customer reviews. Also to any customer service or delivery "professional" ....IF you have a chip on your shoulder....Find a different field!!!!!
