Good quality of dress's and good size's, very fast delivery. Slow on refunds but a lot of communication involved unlike other online sites.



My mum ordered items for me from missguided on 23rd October 12 something went wrong with the website when she at the check out paying and it the website froze and getting no confirmation. I then ordered the items the next day(24/10/12) from my own card and missguided took full payment, my mum then received an e-mail that day to say her order had went through twice, she e-mailed them back to tell them to cancel the order as I had ordered it myself but they would not let her and told her that the items had been dispatched. I then e-mailed them and told them that they were to cancel my order as one was already on its way, 1 hour and 30 minutes later they replied saying my items had been dispatched and one of the items was out of stock baring in mind they took full payment from me at the time and said it would take 4 days for me to receive my money back in my bank account, I have e-mailed them 3 times to ask if they would stop my order from going out and cancel it and give me my money back and I still have not had any response (26/10/12). I found their number on google so I phoned up to be told "we have no one available to speak to you" my reply was "ok put me on hold and I will wait" she then hung the phone up on me! Not taking this lying down I went onto there facebook page and posted on there wall then replied to my message saying 'sorry to hear this' I replied again asking if she thought it was acceptable to hang up the phone and how they could reply to me on facebook but couldn't reply to my e-mails. They have since blocked me from their facebook page so I can't comment on anything and have also deleted my comments to them I still have not hear any response to them. I would urge every person that is thinking of buying off this site DON'T there are a lot better sites out there and hassle free!! All you have to do is look at the reviews DISGUSTING customer service, these company's need to be stopped people are getting defrauded out of money. I have since been in talks with trading standards about this company so watch out for there appearance on the news!

Firstly I wish to apologise for all the upset and inconvenience that has no doubt been caused. We do apologise but it appears that your call reached our receptionist who has since been dealt with. Our customer care team do not have the facility to contact customers via the phone as we are a web based company and all correspondence is dealt with via email.

We welcome all customers to provided their comments and feedback on our Facebook and Twitter pages. This helps us improve the service in which we are able to provide our customers.

Our site has recently experienced some technical issues in which it has allowed customers to place orders for out of stock items, this is as we are currently in the preliminary stages of installing a larger and more effective system.

It appears that the refund for the out of stock item was processed on the 25-10-2012 and should be appearing in your account. You were also responded to on the 27-10-2012 regarding the cancellation of your order.
