Totally disappointed again and another special occasion ruined

I ordered some flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and booked the delivery online for the actual Sunday. I went away on holiday on the Friday happy that the flowers would be a nice surprise as she wouldn't expect anything as I was away. When I got to my destination in another country , I got a text from my Mother thanking me for the flowers, but it was still only Friday.
Having returned from my holiday I have phoned my mother and she informed me that the bouquet contained four red roses amongst other flowers and that they had wilted and died by the following day (Saturday) even though she had followed the care instructions. So even before Mother's Day, the flowers were dead.
As I was away, my mother phoned i florist on the number included with the delivery, but she was unable to get anybody to answer her calls so she sent an email, to which she has had no reply.
I have already been let down once by this company, on Valentines day, when they sent my Wife the totally wrong flowers, spoiling that occasion as well. They refunded me after I did a similar review then and they also sent me a voucher which I decided to use on this occasion to give them a second chance, but as you can see, despite a letter of apology from them assuring me that the valentines day disaster was a one off, they have again ruined what should have been a lovely event. My mother has also had the inconvenience and cost of making phone calls and sending an email on top of the disappointment of the dead flowers.
I would not recommend I florist to anybody.

Easy to use, good choice, great prices and they accept Paypal

When I needed new tyres, Tyre-Shopper came up in the search engine and so I gave them a try. The correct tyre size was found for me just by putting in my car registration number.
Their prices were the cheapest I could find anywhere, even beating a buy 1 get 1 free offer.
The booking process was really easy and quick and there was no shortage of available days to have my new tyres fitted in a branch that is only a few miles from my work. I paid using Paypal and then all I had to do was print the confirmation to take with me when I go to the fitting station.
