Efficient service, delivery timescales not clear
I ordered a Bosch Microwave. Competitive price and overall efficient service and response. When ordering and communicating, it was not clear that this would take 2 weeks to get the product.
Nearer to the actual delivery time, communication was good.
Would use the service again, only if delivery timings are clear.

Polite, friendly and efficient service. Helped explained technical details. Goods arrived when they said. Previously, when an item was sent that was damaged, no quibble and they exchanged the product immediately.
