I have used wiggle extensively over the past 18 months to the extent that I am a platinum customer, their service was spot on until I ordered two pairs of shoes, 1 in stock, 1 awaiting re-delivery (no problem, I've ordered out of stock and received very promptly in the past). I paid priority dispatch to ensure the instock item would arrive within the two days and not get sold waiting. Four days later the order was still unprocessed and the out of stock shoe listed as discountinued, I e-mailed and queried this as the other shoe should have been sent, they apologised and offered me a £10 voucher by way of apology, I accepted and was told the other shoe would be dispatched asap. Five days later and the order is still listed as not yet processed, I e-mailed again to query and was told the mens shoe was now out of stock but they would keep me posted, as they had not done so at any stage I cancelled the order and placed it elsewhere both pairs arriving within 24hrs. Wiggle have still to respond to my complaint which is even more disheartening, on the basis of this incident I will no longer be using or recommending Wiggle as they do not seem interested in losing their loyal customers, so goodness knows how they treat you if it goes wrong on your first order.
