Excellent range and customer service.
Have shopped with Wiggle a few times, excellent range of products, delivered quick and free of charge. Returns are simple and free using collect plus servive. I would like to see a telephone line introduced so exchanges can be arranged to be collected when you haved replacement delivered.

Excellent product poor customer service.
Wanted a Reelite as winter was coming, found some on their website for a great price. Their site suggested they were instock for delivery, so I ordered a front light to see what they are like before ordering rear light for myself and possibly some for family for xmas. I reeived an email saying this would be dispatched, however my light did not arrive after 5 days so emailec them to be informed they were awaiting stock. I was not asked wether I still wanted my order or a refund and had to wait a futher 3 working days for my light.
