No Manual disappointed

I love my cross trainer, but am so disappointed it did not come with a instruction book on how to set the COMPUTER (PULSE METRE. And am still waiting even though I rang up the same day. I have no idea how to set the pulse meter and no way of monitoring my progress. Other than that it is fantastic, nice and quiet so I can use it while watching TV. Also has a nice gentle starter setting, great for people like me who have not exercises for a few years. Since writing this review I have been told they do not do a instruction booklet on how to set the computer pulse meter. I personally think this is ridicules, I suppose I have to guess how to do it, but am finding it difficult.
