Order was placed, very quick and effiicient delivery with updates on delivery time slot etc. Unfortunatley, part of order was not included. Spoke to their customer service desk, very helpful and apologetic, sent missing item out promptly. But was the wrong item, long winded proccess now starting to get it exchanged. Also strange that when you phone on a Saturday during their advertised opening times, you get a recorded message telling you they are closed, and to call during their opening times ??
