I have previously ordered many items from Achica because of their excellent value for money and products that are very individual. Until recently with no problems. The last couple of orders I had to chase lost products, complain about missing parts and also damaged goods. I feel that the company may be becoming to big and has lost it's customer service. After sending emails about missing parts ,and photos of damaged goods I gave up in the end because they moved it to other departments who were meant to deal with it and who didn't. Nobody was prepared to deal with it . The only person left out of pocket was myself.
I find this upsetting to have to write,but at least now they might listen up and be accountable.
