Bought item on ebay, paid for item immediately scheduled for 24 hour delivery. Item did not arrive, a week later I made contact, item was sold out and could not be delivered. Refund given but 10 days of wasted time and no product at the end of it.

I am very sorry the item was out of stock, as soon as we were aware we contacted you via email to inform you as soon as we could, looking at the dates you ordered on a Saturday and we emailed on the Tuesday after so i apologise if you had not received this.
