Great costumer service. Made some questions prior to place my order and got very exhaustive reply in few minutes. Ordered on Sat morning, got confirmation next day and shipment notice on Monday. So far, so good.
According to the tracking system my matress was "out for delivery" at 8.30 On Tues morning, only to be delivered @ 7.00pm that evening. That made me spend the whole day off out of work. Poor tracking system!!
To make it worse, the courier man refused to bring the matress up to my flat (I live in a 2nd floor) and left the matress in the hall downstairs. It was a titanic effort for me to bring it to my bedroom by myself. Worse costumer service from the courier.
I would suggest to Zleeps to re-consider the courier they work with.
I have knocked two stars just purely because the courier. I do believe this is part of the service offered by Zleeps that should be improved. Other than that, the matress is what I expected, good value for money and super-comfy. I have now been sleeping in the matress for two weeks and my back aches have finally disapeared! Thanks Zleeps!!
