Ive heard a lot of people say that boohoo.com is terrible for customer service, there are a few things that bug me. for example you cant cancel orders one you've made them, and apparently the return process can be a bit of a biatch lol .. however my experience was better, did take more than the standard working days it said to come. although it arrived in one peace, and really it comes down to the individuals experience.
