I ordered several lights which had been reduced and represented excellent value for money.I received a tracking number for my order and it was delivered the next day spot on time. Unfortunately on opening the packages I found that one of the lights had been slightly damaged in transit. I rang Castlegate lights and they immediately agreed to replace the damaged item with a new one and even asked me to choose a delivery day that suited me. On the agreed day the replacement light arrived on time and in perfect condition.This was customer service at its best. I highly recommend this company.
