Free upgrade and excellent service thoroughly recommended
I ordered an Oase Pondovac 3 and because it was unavailable Garden Site gave me a free upgrade to the Pondovac 4 ! How generous is that ? Notwithstanding this I was dealt with courteously and efficiently from start to finish. If there was a six star rating here they'd get it !

Incomplete order and an un-answered query email !
My order arrived three items short - I e:mailed colglo about this 6 days ago and have received only an automated reply (saying someone would be in touch), maybe they'll surprise me over the next few days and make good but on the strength of this experience I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone !
Following my review on TrustPilot my problem was sorted out very quickly - original 2 star rating replaced with 3.

All the tools in my order arrived securely packed and in perfect condition, the Lawson HIS website contains enough information for anyone to make their purchases with confidence and navigation is easy. The products on offer range from budget items for the occasional user to tougher better specified tools for the frequent or trade user. I've ordered from Lawson HIS before and will do so again !
