Almost a smooth transaction but Great Product!

I had some issues whilst checking out when they asked to sign up on their website in order to use a promotional code, but their website was down with no notification about it. They could work on communication with their customers but barring that little dilemma, shipping was fast, and I am in love with my new jacket.
