I would use again.
I have used wiggle for the last couple of years with no issues at all. I would estimate I've placed around a dozen orders and spent a couple of thousand pounds with them which included a new bike for £900. Items always recieved promptly. I would recommend.
How bad can service get? Well not much worse than when they take your money and don't deliver the goods, don't answer your emails or refund your payment. It's now 5 weeks since I placed an order and I'm going through PayPal to get resolution. Would I recommend? ermm... a simple NO.
