The ring I bought for my fiance, was fatastic.
The service was excellent, and the effect on Karen was profound.
I managed to keep it a complete secret and the proposal was a complete success, and some of that was down to the ring!

Ordered at about 9.30, delivered at 11 same day!
Flowers very much as per the description, which is unusual on it's own.
The only minor issue is the teddy bear was not the one I had bought into but it is not a problem as she loved the whole thing.
All in all, a top class service which made her week, a refreshing change from the expectations I had developed of internet suppliers.
Well done.
