Returns processed quickly, good value
If you've been put off by their complicated/expensive returns policy then never fear! All returns are now free, and they're always quick to give my money back. Although the sizing of some of their clothes is all over the place, I still think Boohoo is great for bargain fashion that is well-made and easy to wear.

So good!
I had a bit of difficulty with my delivery (obviously the courier will come during the two hours I was out) but I called up SB and they were extremely helpful, so nice to hear a human voice!
Everything was well packaged in bubble wrap etc, and I got a free gift, so overall I am very impressed.
