No quibble Replacement service on defective part ! outstanding !

I ordered a carbon fibre chain catcher which when fitted didnt quite do the job it was meant to. I spoke to them over the phone, popped it back in the post to them and they sent out a different aluminium one that is much better and refunded the £2 difference ! which I didnt expect. I would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to tell my friends about them, Excellent overall ! 5 stars !
