Dirty computer

I bought a laptop for my son.

Problem 1:-

PSU lead was damaged and val-u-computers sent a new one.

Problem 2:-

Computer was dirty, lots of crumbs in battery compartment and in keyboard.

Obviously the computers stated as grade A are not being inspected correctly before shipping.

Result :-

Will not use val-u-computers again.

We emailed Mr Smith as soon as we saw these comments (which is the first time we had been made aware of the cleaning issue) to offer a replacement or other solution. Apparently Mr Smith is abroad so it is too late to send a replacement laptop although we have already sent a new power adaptor.

If a laptop is sent out which has been not cleaned to our customer's satisfaction or has a fault on arrival we will send a replacement ASAP and collect the original laptop. We are constantly reviewing our procedures to ensure that these issues are few and far between.
