Second time I've used this company and second time I've been really pleased. I made a wrong decision on the frames and had them refunded and changed to another pair at no extra cost and minimal effort, ending up with a nice couple of pairs both with tints for under £200. Damaged in delivery - not put right to my satisfaction

The bed was badly damaged in delivery - these things happen I suppose but. the only 2 options to put it right involved a miserly £50 discount or a redelivery and collection (with me having to lug things around and pack the base back up) with a 3 day delivery window in a week's time. As I have better things to do than repackaging beds and lugging them up & down steps then waiting around for 3 days for another delivery, I took the money. But the whole deal felt a bit miserly. Nice lady on the phone brought this up to a 2 instead of a 1. I don't think I will buy from them again which is their loss as I have 2 lots of bunks to buy.

Thank you for your order and my apologies for the problems that you have had.

Unfortunately we can come across some damages in transit. When we unfortunately do, we will aim to resolve this as soon as possible in the most convenient way as [possible causing the lease amount of inconvenience as we can. We will arrange to swap the products as conveniently as we can and some times can look at discounting the product with evidence of its damages. I apologise if the options put to you were not as convenient as you and I would of liked but unfortunately we are very limited when shipping from Norwich nr7 to iv12.
