I absolutely HATE this company as a whole.
I ordered an item from Asos.com and missed the first delivery to my home, and was left with a delivery card which only had a number for me to call on it to arrange a redelivery. The item was needed for an occasion so I was very quick to call the number left on the delivery card. I called the number NUMEROUS times and recieved no answer; It simply went to voicemail. I then used a number that I STRUGGLED to find online to call the company themselves to firstly see if they could get in contact with the worker who has my package and secondly to complain about this worker since he ignored my phone calls for 3 whole days!
When I called the company, they were in no way helpful at all! They simply told me to contact the retailer I bought from (Asos) which would do nothing whatsoever as it was one of Hermes' personal workers that had my item and was too lazy to try to redeliver it or even answer my calls!
Out of his own whim (without arranging this redelivery with me) the Herme's worker in my area came to my house again, this morning, and apologised for the slight delay. He was very kind, talkative, friendly and did lighten my mood slightly but I I still HATE THE COMPANY and believe they should be shut down. It's ridiculous.
I don't know why companies such as Asos, Debenhams and JD Sports use Hermes delivery?!?!?! They may be cheaper, but there is a reason for that, because they are TERRIBLE.
Just stick to Royal Mail, PLEASE.
