Further email received order despatched today 18th Dec by First Class Post. PANIC!
I queried this, email received It appears at this point that the item has missed the first point of Royal Mail scanning. and cannot be tracked by You, would expect it to be with you before the 21st. Panic

Order was despatched on the Free Economy Delivery Service on 18/12/13. This delivery method can take up to 5 working days. The Tracking ID for items sent using this postal method will not update until the parcel has reached its point of destination. The only way to track a delivery step by step is if the parcel was sent via Next Day delivery. I would expect this to arrive with you very shortly. More Panic

As it is a free economy parcel, there are no point to point tracking on these items but they are expected to be with you before Christmas. Last Panic.
I telephoned and was informed, Very Sorry emails sent in error, item sent 1st class post and should be with you in good time for Christmas I cannot cancel until I receive it and then wait for 15 days.
GUESS WHAT IT ARRIVED ON THE 20th December.
A little more care in sending emails would have saved all my Frustration.
