I ordered the delux version but what I got resembled a bunch you would expect from a small back-street garage not a florist. I also put into the delivery instructions to "please be patient" as my 74 year old mother can no longer run the marathon and it takes her a little while to get to the door. She heard the bell go and when she got to the door she had no idea why it had rang, the delivery guy was gone and it was only the dilligence of our neighbour that pointed out where the delivery had been put. I will definitley go to a proper florist next time not this bunch of cowboys.
A perfect process from initial discusion to final delivery, everything was handled well and we were kept informed all the way. We got what we wanted when we wanted and they took all the hassle our of the process leaving me to get on with the 'day job'.
