Good customer service!

I ordered a made to measure blind which arrived within 6 working days but unfortunately arrived with a bit missing and the wrong type side chain, so I contacted customer services by email and had an immediate reply to say that they were very sorry everything was not in order and they would post another blind straight out to me!! No quibbles, it arrived within the week and was great thanks! Very pleased with it!
