I have ordered a pair of shoe for a Christmas gift, and I have to return the shoe again.
I agreed with Yoox that I should call UPS, and then they would pick up the shoes
at my address. And UPS they picked up the shoes on the 31.12.13.( I got a receipt that they had picked up the goods ) And nothing happen, I called Yoox on the 10.01.2014, but they wrote me back, please contact your shipping company, we cannot help you.
And the shipping company UPS, asked me to contact Yoox so that could make a claim. And on the 15.01.2014 Yoox finally opened up a claim to UPS, but I have still not got my money back, and I have wrote to Yoox 3 times, and there feedback is, that it normally takes 8 days to get an answer from UPS. Hmmm we now have the 05.02.2014 and still nothing has happened.
Please, think twice, before you buy anything on this webside. .

Har haft en fantastisk oplevelse med min nye tandlæge i Lyngby Sebastian Tschechne og klinikassistenten. Har fået lavet tandimplantat....var da lidt nervøs fra start af, men det har været en rigtig god og smertefri oplevelse, og nu sidder jeg med min flotte nye tand !
Altså, hvor er det dejligt, at handle et sted hvor kunden er i centrum, og det er bestemt tilfældet her hos BrandFair !!!!!!!!!
Bestilte, fik det bestilte dagen efter, det var ikke den rigtige bluse jeg fik, ringede og vupti dagen efter havde jeg den rigtige bluse med returnerings pose og blanket. Det var nemt !!!
