Bad Customer Service

Would not purchase from this site again, bought a travel system on 11th October it arrived with main frame bar bent out of place and unable to lock into place to fold open, returned the item and still waiting for a refund although I was told they would aim to refund to my account within 7 days so now my newborn still has no travel system, I find it disgusting that they will only send goods when they have our money but yet they take goods back and don't refund us promptly, this is more than unacceptable.
