I ordered (paid for) a product in August. By the end of October it still hadn't arrived in. I emailed in about 4-5 times over the 3 months and got offered a refund or an alternative product (there were no suitable alternatives).
Not once did I get a token apology.
I eventually gave up, went in store, bought some more items and decided to have the 'unobtainable' product refunded.
After queuing at the sales counter and placing my order, the guy just handed a post-it to the collections team and nothing to me. After a further half hour wait at the collection point, it became obvious that my order was lost. With no paper-work to offer, it was another wait back at the sales point to speak to the guy that had processed my order. Eventually I got my order. Good job I have nothing better to do with my time! (Sarcastic)
Wouldn't use again unless I had no choice.
Finally, I couldn't help noticing that they're using a 'Customer-not-present' method to take payment from peoples card. Come on guys, get chip and pin sorted out like everyone else. That shouldn't be allowed!
