You get what you pay for

Just received my order of minor accessories for my camper van.
Everything seemed OK but the battery tester which fits in the cigar lighter socket seemed to be dodgy. I emailed them and had a quick reply with an offer to return and refund and also some advice on the probable way that the tester worked i.e. progressive indicator lights.
It was a budget item and I guess I shouldn't expect too much from it.

This is my first order, which was delivered free and fast, and they seem to be a genuine outfit that I will use again when the time comes.
