I wrote this a week ago:
"Unfortunately I haven't searched online for the company name before I ordered. I wish I would have, because now I am having the same problems as everyone else here.
I ordered a nice but expensive bedding set on the 10th of october. I chose the 24th as my prefered delivery day and got confirmed this. But nothing happened on the day, so I called the service line and got told it would arrive on the 25th. It didn't though and after 2 days sitting at home and not leaving the house just in case my order would arrive, I was already pretty mad. It didnt arrive on Friday either. I sent an email, and got a reply with many apologies and the promise to get a call today. Of course nothing happend, so I gave them another call, to find out it actually hasn't even been dispatched yet. (all the other days, i got told it was dispatched)
After reading all this here, I now canceled my order. I am not willing to carry on this silly "game", the company is playing here.
I want my refund now, and I very much hope it will take place in the next few days. Otherwise I will take legal action."
After posting this, Parachi (who also answered on the review) contacted me straight away and sorted out my order in no time. 24 hours later I got my items.
She was very friendly and very helpful and I am very thankful for her service.
All in all I have to say, there seems to be something going wrong with their suppliers. In my oppinion they should make sure these problems stop, otherwise they will loose a lot of customers.
But great complaint service!
