I buy something from Amazon every week. And it's not always because they are the cheapest. if I see something somewhere else that's a few pounds cheaper, I still purchase from Amazon.
Why? Because i know I'll get my stuff and superfast. they don't use the Royal Mail as far as I'm aware and that's why most of the time your items arrive on time. With the Royal Mail it's always a gamble if they will arrive at all...
Yesterday for the first time ever, something I bought didn't turn up. So i called them or rather I clicked the link for them to call me.
Which they did in seconds. The customer service person apologised and said they would send me another one out immediately and that they would try and find out what happened to the original package - but that I didn't need to worry about it, it was all taken care of. Lush.
I like them even more now.
