not as bad as everyone is saying.

The only problem i had was receiving payment. It took a while for me to get my cheque so maybe next time ill do a transfer instead. They gave me a wicked offer for my phone which was the best. They did however put the price down a little so when i got in contact with them they sorted it out straight away gave me a new offer which i was more than happy to accept. Very nice to talk to.
