I can’t fault their customer service but the delivery process is utter rubbish and needs to be seriously sorted out. (Plumb Store – if you are reading this please take note!)
4 days after placing my order I received an e-mail saying that my items had been despatched...what I failed to notice was the tiny foot note at the bottom saying that the goods had supposedly already been delivered on the previous day!
I then waited another 3 days before ringing to say ‘where are my goods’. The lady checked and said that they had been delivered 5 days earlier... ‘oh no they haven’t’ I replied. It turns out that the goods had been marked as ‘delivered’ even they never actually left my local Plumb Centre. But get this.....the date they were supposedly delivered was the day before having been supposedly despatched.
Try and work that out if you can!!!
I eventually received the goods 1 ½ weeks after placing the order!
So Price=good, ordering process=good, customer service=good, delivery=shockingly bad
