My last order I have made a misspell on my email address which I recognized a day after I placed my order. I contacted them and Angela G. promptly replied. Moo has already started processing my order but they have kindly agreed to reprocess with the right email address! What an outstanding service and I recommend highly for everyone to use Moo.com!
