Just Eat

Wouldn't use again.

After placing the order online I waited for 45 minutes and then rang the take away to see if they had received my order, the reply was 'just had it' and then hung up on me! In 15 minutes my order was delivered but I had no idea what was going all this time as I didn't receive any confirmation from either party. Also, the food was really awful - I understand this has nothing to do with just eat, but I'm just saying!
I will not be using either service again.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received from the takeaway. The confirmation emails are sent to your inbox once the takeaway has accepted your order online. On some occasions the confirmation email can be found in your junk/spam folder in your inbox. We do our up most to provide the best customer service possible and I am sorry to hear that you feel as though you have been treated unfairly.
